VLCD12 -.6

So this morning(writing this late) I weighed in at 169.2. I lost 6oz. I was hoping for more but I am happy with losing period! So for dinner on Wednesday I had shrimp and made spinach chips. I am not a big fan of spinach chips but it was something different so I ate it. For lunch my work ordered take out from this place that makes steaks,chicken and over stuff. I got a grilled chicken breast(5oz) and brought my own celery. I didn't eat the whole patty because I knew it would be too much. I am still considering doing a video blog but not really sure about it.
