VLCD19 -.4

So I missed a couple days of posting. This morning I weighed in at 164.8..I finally got away from 165. I am just hoping for a bigger lose in the morning. I have been following the protocol to the T and just guess my body needs to caught up. I have enough hcg for another 20 injection and planning on starting to skip a day when I remix soon. I really want to be at atleast 150 when this round is over. I really wish I could good lower but since the slow down I don't know if that will happen! Everyone cross your fingers for me!!!!!

VLCD16 +.4

So I got on the scale this morning and was 165.6 I guess the extra orange really did me in. Today for lunch I had chicken and cucumbers and orange. For dinner cottage cheese and asaragus. I am so scared to get on the scale in the morning I think I am stalling. I skipped the Melba toast today and drank 2 bottles of water and some coffee. I am praying the scale is not at 165!

VLCD15 -1.4

I am blogging this late. Sunday morning I woke up and I weighed in at 165.2. I had chicken for lunch with cucumber and a orange. Then for dinner I had chicken and I didn't feel like veggies so I had 2 oranges. Still not doing good with drinking water. I didn't drink any yesterday!

VLCD14 -.8

Last night my boyfriend wanted to go out to dinner and go see the movie Avatar. So we went out and my little sister came along. We had dinner at Bonefish and I got the grilled Tilapia(No seasoning) with Asparagus. I cut the Tilapia in half and saved the other half for lunch today. The movie was great and I really liked it!I weighed in at 166.6 this morning. This morning I went to my parents house to spend time with my sister and nieces. I had the Tilapia for lunch along with a orange and Melba toast. I was out of veggies for I didn't bring any. I did go to walmart and so tonight I have Baked Chicken and cucumbers. I am still having problems drinking water. I will have to work on this harder!

VLCD13 -1.8

So last night I stayed at my parents house and made chicken and onions for dinner. I came home this morning and weighed in at 167.4!!! The 150s are just getting closer and closer and I am getting so excited! I have not ate anything yet today but a apple. I am baking my chicken now for the week. I need to go grocery shopping and get more food today. I have like a pound of chicken and half a onion left lol. I just hate grocery shopping!!

VLCD12 -.6

So this morning(writing this late) I weighed in at 169.2. I lost 6oz. I was hoping for more but I am happy with losing period! So for dinner on Wednesday I had shrimp and made spinach chips. I am not a big fan of spinach chips but it was something different so I ate it. For lunch my work ordered take out from this place that makes steaks,chicken and over stuff. I got a grilled chicken breast(5oz) and brought my own celery. I didn't eat the whole patty because I knew it would be too much. I am still considering doing a video blog but not really sure about it.

VLCD11 -1

Just thought I would update before I leave work and go home for the day. This morning I was 169.8 on the scale this morning. I had my apple for breakfast and for lunch I had chicken breast and cucumbers. I am so glad to finally be in the 160s. I am gonna to try and skip my Melba toast today and see if it makes any difference in my loss. If it does I may just stop eating it all together. I really want to get down to 150 before the end of this round. I am still not sure when I am going to end this round. When I first started I was just going to do 23 day round but ended up get some 2000iu hcg from a sweet woman. So I am going to add on 11 more days with that and I had already mixed for 28 injections. I am getting more and more excited as I get closer to goal!

How it all began

Thought I would just start out by telling everyone alittle about myself. January 26, 2009 I weighed in at 208lbs. I knew I had to do something so I joined a gym. I started working out and dieting and managed to get down to 181lbs. In August I had to cancel my gym membership(billing issues) and I started eating out for lunch alot. By the time November got here I was back up to 195lbs. So I went back to dieting and managed to get back done to 175lbs. I came across the hcg diet while looking for another diet to do. I decided what would it hurt to try it. I started my 1st round on December 18. On Christmas I did cheat and gained 8oz. I did not plan on cheating and really did not want to.I had skipped eating Thanksgiving and had no problem skipping Christmas. But I had to go to my boyfriend's parents house and did not feel like explaining the whole diet. So currently I am on VCLD10 and weigh 170.8. I am happy with it so far so good!
